Creative-Tonies can have a variety of file types uploaded to them. However, there are a few important disclaimers for certain audio file types. It's also important to note that streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music Unlimited, Prime Music, Audible, Deezer and Google Play Music are not supported. These providers store content in an encrypted format that cannot be processed by the Toniecloud.
Audio file types that are able to be uploaded to Creative-Tonies:
- AAC
- AIFF
- FLAC
- MP3*
- M4A
- M4B**
- OGA
- OGG*
- OPUS*
- WAV
- WMA
*Note: Audiobook chapter markers cannot be processed.
**Note: For audiobooks purchased via the iTunes store: Although these are saved in M4B format, they have digital copy protection. The Toniecloud cannot process this copy protection, which unfortunately means that audiobooks and M4B files from iTunes cannot be uploaded.
