When the battery of your Toniebox is completely empty, it takes about ~3 hours for the battery to fully recharge. Occasionally, with the very first charge, the Toniebox may need to remain on the charger, unused, for the full recharge time (at least 3 hours) or a bit longer (up to 5 hours), before it is ready to go.

When the Toniebox is placed on the charger, you should hear an audio tone, indicating that is has detected the charger and has begun charging. Not to worry, even if the Toniebox LED is off, as long as the Toniebox is connected to the charging station, it is still being charged.

Once the battery is fully charged, the Toniebox can be actively used for up to 7 hours. The battery life will vary depending on factors such as the volume of playback. The louder the volume, the shorter the battery life.

*Note: The solid green LED on the Toniebox only indicates that the Toniebox is turned on and ready to play Tonies, but does not necessarily indicate a completely full battery.
