How do I change my address or billing information on my tonies® subscription?
To update a shipping address or billing card on an active tonies® subscription, simply visit your customer account and visit the 'Subscriptions' link. From there you can select a different shipping address, add a new one by clicking 'Edit' next to your shipping address. For payments, click, "Edit" next to your Payment Methods. If you need assistance with an order that has already been placed, please contact us
How do I pause my tonies® subscription?
To pause your subscription, log in and click to the "My Subscriptions" page on our site and click "Manage". If you have an upcoming box scheduled you’ll be able to pause your subscription by scrolling to the end of your order summary and clicking “Pause Subscription”. You can reactivate it any time from your account page.
To cancel your subscription completely, head to the "My Subscriptions" page when you're logged in and scroll to the end of your order summary. From there, click "Cancel Subscription". You can always reactivate your subscription later if you like!

If you'd like to try a different plan, you can cancel anytime, then use our subscription quiz tool to find the right Tonies for you child! Free ground shipping, and you can adjust, skip, or cancel anytime.
Can I see what's in my tonies® subscription box before it's sent?
Yes! As soon as we’ve selected your upcoming Tonies, we’ll show you what's in your next shipment right within your us.tonies.com account. If there’s something you’d rather not receive, just click the “curate upcoming” link at the top of your subscription page. Remove items from your shipment by clicking the 'skip' next to each item. We'll fill in with what's coming next. Please note the 'Curate upcoming' option is unavailable for your initial order placed.
When will my next tonies® subscription box ship?
We ship subscription boxes based on the frequency you chose: every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months. For instance, if you selected 'every month', your first order with be packaged and shipped right away. Your next order will ship a month later. If you'd like to know the date for your next order, visit your account, find your subscription under 'My Subscriptions' and you can see the details for your exact order right at the top! Do you need to skip a shipment? We've made that easy too, just click the 'Skip Next' button on the top right of your subscription page.
How do I avoid being sent duplicates of tonies® I already own?
You can view upcoming Tonies by clicking 'Manage' on the 'My Subscription' page within your tonies.com Account or from the subscription email you received. From there you can 'curate' the list of upcoming Tonies and skip any your already own by clicking 'Curate upcoming'.
Can I purchase just one Tonie by itself if I have a tonies® subscription?
Yes, of course! A subscription plan is separate from other us.tonies.com purchases. You can make other purchases in between your subscription orders, or even add another item to your upcoming subscription box from your 'My Subscription' page in your account.
