Returns that are not shipped within 30 days of initiating your return will expire. Email reminders will be sent out to notify you of the upcoming expiry date. Once a return expires you will no longer be able to download and print the shipping label. 

Not to worry, if you still need to return your order, you can initiate a new return if you are still within the return window.
