Oh no! Did you put a new Tonie or Creative-Tonie with new or changed content on the Toniebox and get this error message? There could be several reasons for this:
- The Toniebox is too far away from the Wi-Fi router. Please bring the Toniebox closer to the router for downloading content. Place the Tonie on the box again and stay close by until you can see the Toniebox no longer flashes blue while the Tonie is playing.
If the LED on the Toniebox stays green during playback, then the content of the Tonie is completely downloaded and you can play it everywhere and anywhere.
- Other devices nearby may interfere with the Wi-Fi reception of the Toniebox. Please take a look at our article on radio interference.
- If this doesn't help, we recommend disconnecting the Wi-Fi router from the power supply for 15 seconds and trying again after a few minutes later. Some Wi-Fi routers will no longer function to the best of their ability if they have been in operation for weeks or months.
