If the sticker with your Toniebox ID is missing, because clever little fingers removed it or it wasn't there in the first place, that's no problem.

In case your Toniebox is already set up and linked to your Tonie account, simply log in with your access data in the mytonies app or on https://my.tonies.com/login and click on "Tonieboxes" in the menu. Then select your Toniebox to get to the page with the settings of your Toniebox. There you will also find your Toniebox ID.

If the sticker with the Toniebox ID is missing from your brand new or pre-owned Toniebox, we first need your help to get the Toniebox out of its little identity crisis. Here's how to do it:

• Bring your Toniebox into connection mode by holding down both ears for about 5 seconds.
• Wait for the second audio signal and connect your device (laptop /tablet / smartphone) to the Toniebox via your WiFi menu ( Please deactivate the mobile data if you are using a smartphone)
• Open a browser on your device and enter the IP address 192.168.1.1 and open the page.

• Confirm the language of your Toniebox on the next screen.

• Scroll all the way down to the entry "for experts" and make a note of the MAC address displayed or copy it to the clipboard.

We will need this MAC address so that we can find out your Toniebox ID.

It would be best to contact us directly so that we can help you.
You may also complete the installation of your Toniebox directly at this point by entering the access data for your WiFi and following the subsequent steps on the screen.

However, we recommend that you still store the Toniebox ID in your mytonies household so that you can use your Creative-Tonies and so that your Tonies are displayed in your account.
