We accept returns of Toniebox Starter Sets or Bundles purchased from tonies.com/en-gb up to 100 days after the original purchase date as part of our 100 Day Happiness Guarantee. Please be aware that partially returning Bundles or Discounted orders will not result in a refund at full retail price for the individual item(s) and partial returns for fixed bundles are not possible. Please contact us before initiating your return if you are unsure, to avoid any delays or disappointment.  

We accept returns of any other articles than Starter Sets or Bundles purchased from tonies.com/en-gb within 60 days of delivery. Please keep in mind that for Bundles partial returns are not possible.

Items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging along with their original contents. Please note that we are not currently offering exchanges. 

All returned items must arrive at our warehouse within the return window to be eligible for a refund. Items received after this period will not be eligible for a refund and we will be returned to you.
