Tonies is offering something new: Until now, you had to sign up and log in separately for our online shop at tonies.com and for mytonies at my.tonies.com. This was a bit confusing and we’ve even got in a tangle ourselves from time to time. For that reason, we put our heads together, got cracking, crunched some numbers and are now pleased as punch that we will be able to offer a proper single sign-on soon.
The single sign-on is your key to a comprehensive Tonie Account, where you can not only manage your Toniebox, Tonies and content at mytonies but also view your order history in our online shop or edit your personal details, such as your billing and delivery address. Your single sign-on comprises your email address and a password of your choosing.
We need your assistance!
If you signed up to the online shop and mytonies with two different email addresses in the past, we recommend choosing just one of them and using it for both accounts. Then, both of your previous accounts will be merged soon and you will then be able to access everything in the world of Tonies using just a single log-in.
Please note: If you do not use the same email address for both accounts, they cannot be merged. It will then no longer be possible to display your order history for Tonieboxes and Tonies in one account. This also includes gmail and googlemail email addresses, please also choose one of them.
There are to possibilities to change your email address:
- If you want to edit your email address in the online shop at tonies.com, just click here, log in and edit your details.
- If you want to edit your email address for mytonies, please click here, log in and then click on “Email address” in your profile to edit it.
Don’t forget to save your changes!
If you’ve only signed up to one of our websites so far, you don’t need to do anything. You can simply log in to the website as usual after the change and will then have access to your comprehensive Tonie Account with all the bells and whistles.
The same applies if you signed up to both websites using the same email address in the past. In this case, your data will be merged in your new Tonie Account after the change.
