Tapping the Toniebox to skip forward and back isn't working

Are you having trouble skipping between chapters? Remember, the content must be fully downloaded before you can skip forward and back. Still having issues? We can help. Place your Tonie on top of your Toniebox and let's take a look:

  • Your Tonie's content has not been fully downloaded. This could take a few minutes. Wait until the LED lights up solid green, then you are good to go!

  • Make sure the tilt and tap feature is enabled in your Toniebox settings*
  • Does your Creative-Tonie only have one chapter? In this instance you can only rewind or fast forward by tilting the Toniebox. Once you have more content (chapters) uploaded, you can tap to skip! 

 

 

*Enabling the tilt and tap feature.

Log in to your my.tonies.com account. Click on "Tonieboxes", select your Toniebox whose settings you would like to change. Scroll to the bottom of the page to a section called "Tilt and tap". Toggle "On".

Remember to click "Save Changes" before leaving the page and sync your Toniebox. To do this, pinch one of the ears until you here an audio sound
