After your return has arrived at the tonies® warehouse, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used for your purchase within 4 weeks of the date it arrives back with us (you can follow this by using the tracking number located on your return receipt or QR code).
Please note that you will not receive automatic confirmation upon the receipt of your return at the warehouse, you will be informed via email once your refund has been successfully processed.
If this time frame elapses and you have still not received your refund, please do reach out to our support team with your return tracking number and we will investigate this further for you.
