You just have to catch our email from the spam folder of your email account.
But be aware: If you use a local email client such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or Mozilla Thunderbird to retrieve your emails and the email cannot be found in the corresponding spam folder, log in to your email account via a web browser and check the virtual folder for junk email.
If you can't find the email there either, maybe that's the reason:

- Please first set up a new Tonie-Account on my.tonies.com with your correct email address. It' s best to confirm your account directly after creating it. Be patient, it may take a few minutes after registration until you receive the email for the confirmation.
- Next, to remove your Toniebox from your Tonie-Account with the wrong email address and link it to your new, correct Tonie-Account, please follow these instructions step by step: My Toniebox-ID is already taken.
Please be sure to follow all the steps as described, so that you have a confirmed Tonie-Account that you can log in to at any time and provide creative tonies with new content whenever you want.
If you do not receive any emails from mytonies despite our tips and cannot confirm your Tonie-Account, please contact our support and include your Toniebox-ID and the email address you used to register.
