Once your order has been received, it is processed immediately and prepared for delivery as soon as possible. This means it is no longer possible to:

• stop the order.
• change the order.
• combine multiple orders.
• add or remove one or more items.
• change the billing or delivery address.

You can simply make a new order at any time and return items once you have received them in the returns period set out in the terms and conditions.
