Here's all our handy tips for navigating the library and how to bring even more content into your household today. The fun never stops!
For Paid Content:
Simply head to https://tonies.com/en-gb/audio-content/ or the mytonies app and select the ‘Shop’.
Here, you'll be able to find all our additional episodes and special content to continue your listening adventures! (please see the matching Tonie section for your audio to make sure you have the correct Tonie for this content to be usable).
Once you have paid, the titles will appear in your mytonies account, ready to add to your Tonie.
Then all that's left is to simply place your Tonie on top of your Toniebox and pinch the right ear for 3 seconds until you hear a sound. This synchronises the content and applies all your changes (your Toniebox must be connected to the internet for this to be successful).
For Free Content:
Free Content for Creative Tonies can be located on both my.tonies.com, by heading to Creative Tonies then 'Discover more content' or the mytonies app and selecting 'free'.
FAQ'S
Is there a time limit on my how much content I can purchase for my Tonie?
There is no time limit on your Tonie for paid content purchased on mytonies. So you will be able to enjoy it in full.
What happens to any current audio on the Tonie?
No need to worry, it’s still available to you. Simply select ‘Mine’ to swap between your current and new audio through your mytonies app.
Is it possible to download the same content to several Tonies?
You can only assign the same content to one Tonie at a time. To assign the content to a different Tonie, you must remove the content from the Tonie in the mytonies application, then assign it to another.
Content can only be purchased once per account, so if a user wants to assign the same content to two different Tonies, they will need to purchase it via two different accounts.
Can I transfer content from the Tonie-Library to another mytonies account?
No, unfortunately this is not possible.The content will always be attached to the mytonies account through which the purchase was made. However, you can be invited to another household in order to add this content to someone else's Tonie. See here: How do I invite other members into my Household?
What happens if I delete paid content from my Tonie?
If you delete the paid content, it will still be available on mytonies, in the My Collection section, and you will be able to assign it to any Tonie in your collection that matches.
How long does it take to receive my content once I've purchased it?
Once you have purchased the content, you can immediately find it in your account and assign it to a Tonie. You can assign the content directly from the email you receive.
Can I buy digital content and Tonies?
Yes, your basket can contain Tonieboxes, Tonies, accessories and digital content at the same time.
Does digital content count towards the amount required to obtain free delivery?
Yes.
I bought a title I don't like. Can you refund me?
No, any purchase of a title from the digital bookshop is final; when you buy a digital title, you waive your right of withdrawal as specified in our GTC. You can find an audio extract and a summary of the content on the site to give you an idea before you buy.
