First things first, if you do not have a Toniecloud account, set one up by clicking here.
Adding a Creative-Tonie to your Toniecloud account is easy:
- Turn on your Toniebox and make sure you are within range of a Wi-Fi network you can connect to.
- Place your Creative-Tonie on the Toniebox and wait until it introduces itself to you:
You will now be able to see the Creative-Tonie in the app or your Toniecloud account. If you can’t see it straight away, please refresh the page.
If you have been invited to another household and your Creative-Tonie doesn't appear, try speaking to the owner of the Tonie household as they may still need to approve access to the Creative-Tonie function.
