When your Toniebox mentions one of the following animals, there is a connection problem with the Internet or the Toniebox: 

‘Uh oh! An error occurred. Code word: Ant.’

‘Uh oh! An error occurred. Code word: Elephant.’

‘Uh oh! An error occurred. Code word: Owl.’

‘Uh oh! An error occurred. Code word: Hedgehog.’

‘Uh oh! That didn’t work. I’m in offline mode. You can find more info under the code word: Koala.’

‘Uh oh! An error occurred. Code word: Groundhog.’

‘Uh oh! I’m not connected to the Internet. You can find more information under the code word Turtle.’

‘Oh, oh! An error occurred. Code word: Squirrel.’

‘Oh, oh! An error occurred. Code word: Meerkat.’

'Uh-oh! The download has stopped too soon. Please check if I'm still connected to the internet.'

We chose the animal names very carefully to ensure your child doesn’t have to remember a complicated combination of letters and numbers if there’s a problem with the Toniebox. :)
