So, your Toniebox just said the code word ‘Koala’, hmmm...... You probably just wanted to download a new Tonie, synchronise your Toniebox with the Toniecloud to register new content for a Creative-Tonie or apply a changed setting, right?
If you hear the code word ‘Koala’, This means your Toniebox is currently in offline mode and can't connect to the Wi-Fi.
Easily Solved! All you need to do is end offline mode. It’s nice and easy:
- Turn on your Toniebox and make sure that there are no Tonies or Creative-Tonies on it.
- Hold down both ears simultaneously until you hear the audio signal. It lasts around 5 seconds. The LED will then change from white to green and you will hear a voice message:
Alternatively, you can also end the offline mode by restarting the Toniebox.
