You can only change the order of your recordings on your Creative-Tonie if the Live option is not activated. More information on the live function can be found here.

When using the Creative-Tonie without Live option, you can change the order of play for your recordings easily! Just drag and drop the track names by holding down the icon with 3 lines next to your chosen track, and move the track to its chosen destination. You can move the order of play as many times as you like!
