Oh no! Did you put a new Tonie or Creative-Tonie with new or changed content on the Toniebox and get this error message? There could be several reasons for this:
- The Toniebox is too far away from the Wi-Fi router.
- Please bring the Toniebox closer to the router when downloading content. Place the Tonie on the Toniebox again and stay close by until you can see the Toniebox no longer flashes blue while the Tonie is playing. If the LED on the Toniebox stays green during playback, then the content of the Tonie is completely downloaded and you can play it even without a Wi-Fi connection.

If you are still running into issues, we recommend disconnecting the Wi-Fi router from the power supply for 15 seconds and trying again after a few minutes. Some Wi-Fi routers will no longer function to the best of their ability if they have been in operation for a few years.
If you still need assistance after trying the above, send us a message including your Toniebox ID so we can get to the bottom of it.
