How do I add the pre-loaded content back onto my special Creative-Tonie? – tonies® Support

There are a few special Tonies that include pre-loaded content on them, but they can also function as Creative-Tonies! Currently, these special Tonies include the LeVar Burton Tonie, the GoNoodle x tonies® Mindfulness Tonie, the Calm Tonie, the Steiff Hoppie Rabbit and Jimmy Bear Tonies, the Sleepy Sheep and Sleepy Bear Night Light Tonies, and the limited edition Purple People Tonie (no longer available).

There are two ways to add the pre-loaded content back onto your special Creative-Tonie. We will walk through one method below, but alternatively, you can also delete all custom content that has been uploaded to your special Creative-Tonie. Deleting all custom content will add the pre-loaded content back onto your special Creative-Tonie. Here's how to add the pre-loaded content back onto your special Creative-Tonie:

Using the mytonies app

Open the mytonies app and tap the icon in the bottom right hand corner titled 'Collection'.
Tap on the 'Creative-Tonies' header.
Tap the special Creative-Tonie you want to re-add the pre-loaded content onto.
Here, you can view the current tracklist of your special Creative-Tonie.
Scroll down the page to the 'Collection' section. Here, you will see the corresponding pre-loaded content that is available for that specific special Creative-Tonie. Tap on the corresponding image displayed there.
This will bring you to a page where you can view the tracklist of the available content for the special Creative-Tonie. To upload the content, tap the tonie/arrow icon on the right side of the screen.
To confirm the upload, tap 'Assign item' at the bottom of the screen.
The content will then be assigned to the special Creative-Tonie. On this page, you can also delete or re-arrange individual tracks. For more specific information on this, check out our other support articles at the bottom of this page. Once you are finished making any changes, tap 'Done' in the upper right-hand side of the screen.
Now you will just need to sync the Toniebox in order to make sure that the Toniebox receives the news that changes have been made. To do this, simply turn on the Toniebox and pinch one of the Tonieboxes ears for about three seconds until you hear a sound. The LED will begin flashing blue while your Toniebox updates with the changes. You can then place the special Creative-Tonie onto the Toniebox when the light turns solid green. The new changes should then be reflected properly and the new content will be played and downloaded simultaneously.
