If a Tonie is not displayed in  your mytonies account after it has been set up, it has probably been registered in another Tonie household and marked there with "This Tonie is mine".

This Tonie can then be played on your Toniebox, but is not displayed in your account.

Did you buy the Tonie pre-owned or did you receive it as a gift?

If you bought the Tonie pre-owned or received it as a gift, please contact the previous owner so that they can unmark it in their mytonies account and the Tonie can then be moved to your account.

Did you lend the Tonie from a public library, for example?

If you have lend the Tonie, it is completely okay that the Tonie is not shown in your account, because it belongs to the library and you are only allowed to listen to it.
