If your set-up Toniebox is not playing any Tonies and the LED is continuously flashing or pulsing blue, the Toniebox is most likely in connection mode. To end the connection mode, please remove the Tonie from your Toniebox, squeeze and hold both ears of the Toniebox simultaneously and wait until you hear an audio signal. Release the ears and watch the LED: it should flash green a few times before it turns steady green. Now the Toniebox should play Tonies again.

Maybe you accidentally started the connection mode because you wanted to sync your Toniebox with your Toniecloud account after updating settings or Creative-Tonies on my.tonies.com.

Please note: If you want to synchronise your Toniebox with the Toniecloud, please hold just one ear for about 3 seconds until you hear an audio signal. It makes no difference whether you use the small or the big ear. The Toniebox will then flash blue for a short moment and request information about new settings or content from the Toniecloud. When it' s finished, you will hear an audio signal again and the Toniebox will light up green. The new settings are then applied and when you place an updated Creative-Tonie on the Toniebox, it will download, and start playing the new content.
