How does it work?

Place your desired products in the shopping cart and complete your order.

Payment is made in advance using your preferred payment method.

Please note that it is not possible to pay for pre-orders using the Klarna payment method.

After completing the order, you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail and the expected delivery date.

Please note that the complete order will only be shipped when all pre-ordered products are available.

As soon as all the items in your order are available, they will be dispatched and you will receive the delivery details in another email. 

This way, you can always keep an eye on your order on its way to you.

Can I cancel the order?

If you would like to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact our support team.

Please note that, if a cancellation is possible, you can only cancel the entire order; it is not possible to cancel part of the order or exchange the ordered items.
