Well, well, the elephant. Could it be that your Toniebox has already been connected to your Wi-Fi network but your password has since changed? That’s when it names this big beast, even though Nellie is nowhere to be seen.
It’s easy to solve this problem:
- Go to my.tonies.com/wifi and reconnect the Toniebox to your Wi-Fi with the new password this time. You should then be able to access the Toniecloud again without a glitch.
If this isn’t the case, please get in touch with our customer service team, stating your Toniebox ID, so we can get to the bottom of the issue.
