If problems occur with one of the above stated formats, please consult support via our contact form stating your Toniebox ID. Please also upload a sample file (max. 20 MB) to help us handle your query effectively.

Please note for audiobooks purchased via the iTunes store: Mytonies cannot access files that are classified as "audiobooks" on iTunes. They are only available for playback in Apple Books due to copy protection.

*Chapter markers cannot be processed. 

Streaming services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music Unlimited, Prime Music, Audible, Deezer and Google Play Music are also not supported. These providers store content in an encrypted format that cannot be processed by the Toniecloud.

The file name must not exceed 128 characters.
