The LED is not lit and it is not possible to switch on the Toniebox by pressing one of the ears? It does not switch on even when putting it on the charging station and you have the impression that it is not charging? 

Perhaps the battery has run down completely. Please put the Toniebox on the charging station for at least 30 minutes and then try again to switch it on. 

If it still does not work: 

• Try another socket without a multiple plug or extension cable
  
  
• Check if the charging stations is damaged, there might be a broken cable or a hidden pin
  
  
• Check if there is a foreign body in the charging jack and try to remove it carefully
  
  
• Make sure that the Toniebox and the charger are connected firmly. Press down the Toniebox and turn it on the charger to establish a contact. As soon as the contact has been made you will hear an audio signal.
